韩国人在13世纪起,就将黄豆芽搭配在每日膳食中。黄豆芽富含抗氧化物、维生素、氨基酸、矿物质和健康的油脂。黄豆芽的植生素也被证实可以帮助预防癌症和心血管疾病。

Koreans have been consuming soybean sprouts since 13th century in their everyday diet. They possess natural anti-oxidants and essential nutrients like vitamins, amino acids, minerals and some healthy fats. Consumption of soybean sprouts helps to lower the risks of cancer and cardiovascular diseases due to the presence of various health promoting phytochemicals.

清洗贴士 Cleaning Tips​

西兰花必须在烹饪前被清洗干净。
Broccoli has to be cleaned thoroughly before cooking.

  1. 花朝下,浸泡在水里5-10分钟
  2. 取出,用水清洗,并轻轻搓掉掉出的小花朵,然后甩干
  3. 如果希望深度清理,比如去除残余的农药和菜虫,建议用醋溶液(1比3的浓度)或者盐水(1茶匙溶解于1升水中)浸泡,并将浸泡的时间延长至15-20分钟
  1. Soak the broccoli with florets facing downwards for 5-10 minutes
  2. Rinse under running water, give it a gentle rub to remove any debris, then shake dry
  3. For extra cleanliness to remove pesticide residue or worms, we recommend soaking in vinegar solution (1:3 ratio) or salt solution (1 teaspoon to 1L of water), and lengthen the soaking period to 15-20 minutes

Known as the 'phantom mushroom', this precious mushroom is rich in nutrients, helping to preserve immune strength and moderating blood sugar levels. With the fibre content, maitake mushroom supports digestive health and controls cholesterol level.

  1. 将蜜瓜保存于20-25度的阴凉空间,使其感更香甜
  2. 轻压底部,风味浓郁的蜜瓜有着质地柔软的底部
  3. 享用清凉爽口的蜜瓜,只需要在食用前放入冰箱冷藏2至3小时
  1. Store the melon in cool place, between 20-25 °C, for extra sweetness
  2. The melon is ripe and flavourful when the bottom feels soft
  3. Place the melon in chiller for 2-3 hours just prior to eating

  1. 切除两头,再切半

  2. Remove the seeds with a spoon
